Here are some of the effects of Stress at work:
Fatigue– physical strength may vanished. The individual will always feel tired without doing anything
insomnia– the brain activity at night will increase because of pressure
Loss of Appetite– being anxious will trigger the loss of hunger
Sensitivity– the person who is stressed wont be able to „ Think before they speak“, some words may trigger their characteristic easily.
Loss of Concentration- you are easily distracted because your brain is pre occupied
In long term,
Mental health problems– you cannot cope up with the intrinsic and external factor in your life. Everything seems to be a problem.
Migraines
Skin problem– rashes, acne and hair loss happens because of hormonal imbalance
Heart problems– the heart needs to overwork/pump more blood, to reach all the major systems

The above mentioned are only some effects of Stress. Every individuals are manifesting different symptoms.
Physical and emotional stress is frustrating, it eats your soul slowly, until you will lose your grip. According to the study of American Psychological Association, the Millineals (ages 18-33) and GenXers (ages 34 to 47) are the most stressed individuals.
The early adulthood is being faced with life career decisions. This is the age, where one person choose their working career path and to settle down. The GenXers ages are busy doing their duties for their family. For married couples, they are working hard for their kids and for singles, they are working for their self retirement.
A saying goes by, „there is no problem without a solution“. You will cope from it if you always stay positive. Talk to the trusted person whom you knew for life and share to them your feelings. They can give you advices and may help reduce your stress mentally.
