According to the Oxford Dictionary, it is an aromatic or bitter-tasting plant of a genus that includes wormwood, mugwort, and sagebrush. Several kinds are used in herbal medicine and many are cultivated for their feathery grey foliage.
What is the effect of Artemisia in your skin?
It soothes, rehydrate and balance the skin environment.

What is MISSHA TIME REVOLUTION artemisia essence?
It is a light weight essence with a double fermented artemisia extract, known as the mugwort extract.
Artemesia + Mugwort extract= MISSHA TIME REVOLUTION ESSENCE
This is suitable for very sensitive, dry irritated skin and acne prone skin.
I bought this essence last Christmas because i was curious if it has the same effect with the I’m From Mugwort. After using this for almost 2 months here is my comprehensive review:
Ingredients:
Water, Dipropylene glycol, 1-2 hexanediol, propanediol, Artemisia extract
Consistency: watery
Color: transparent to light green
Odor: i find it odorless
Recommendation: i use it 2x a day, in the morning and evening after toning my skin
How to use it:
After washing my face and applying toner, i place a good amount of Missha time revolution artemesia in my palms then i gently pat it on my face. I have very sensitive skin so i avoid using cotton pads instead i use my palm.
You can also use a cotton pad, place a good amount of essence in your pad until it is damp then lightly wipe it in your skin.
My Verdict:
This essence refreshes my skin so good and it doesn’t clog in my pores. I have a very sensitive skin but it does not irritate it, instead, it soothes my skin gently. It is one of my holy grail products because it soothes my dry skin as well. It also regenerate the redness or hypersensitivity in the skin. I don’t use this alone, This product is included in my 6-10 skincare routine.
Cons: this is a little bit pricey for some people, but comparing the price to other Mugwort essence, the price is good.
I will always repurchase and recommend this product.
