How i use it:
At the last step of skin care routine, i place a small to moderate amount of cream on my face and massage it gently. After massaging, i tapped my hands gently on my face to promote more absorption.
I only use this at night.
There are days that i do all the 10 Skin Care Routine. I do not do it daily because my skin is sensitive.

Pros:
The night after using this intensive cream i find that my face feels relieved and good. It does really soothe the skin against stress and external barrier. The redness from the night before is gone. It calms the sensitive and weakened skin. It brightens up my skin. It moisturizes my skin very well. I have a very sensitive skin and it does not damage my skin barrier.
Cons: it is a little pricey
I will always recommend this cream. It is worth the price.
