Missha Time Revolution Red Algae Treatment Essence Review | ahappyplaces.com

After a year of using the Missha Time Revolution Artemisia treatment essence, i was curious to use this other line of Missha essence equipped with Red Algae. I was actually satisfied with the result of Missha Artemisia as it hydrates and calms my skin from stressful external factors but i thought i need to try this Red Algae treatment essence too. I saw and read some good reviews, so i tried to use it personally.

Description:

Is a powerful treatment anti oxidant essence which promotes healthy glowing skin.

This treatment essence is with 100% Irish Moss extract. This Irish Moss extract is a type of Red Algae which helps strengthens the skin barrier against any harmful effects such as stress.

This essence is with anti bacterial and antiviral property.

Good for: Normal, Sensitive, Dry and Stressed Skin

Consistency: watery

Color: Transparent to light red

Odor: i find it myself odorless (for people with a very sensitive smell, it smells soothingly medicinal)

Ingredients:

Missha’s main ingredient in this product is the Red Algae found in Ireland. The Red algae contains good marine nutrients such as minerals and proteins. It has anti-oxidant property to fight against harmful environment and stress. This Red Algae calms and boost the skins barrier.

Fermentation process of Missha’s Time Revolution:

– Irish Moss are hand-harvested during the month of March( this is the time when the Red Algae plant stores anti-oxidant energy in the highest content to resist winter

-the ingredients is slowly fermented at 36.5C temperature for 100 days to increase the antioxidant effect of the Irish Moss extract

-Irish Moss grows in a marine nutrient clean island

-To prevent the oxidation of active substances, non heating method is used in fermenting the ingredients, this helps store the anti- oxidant effect.

Other ingredients:

Water, Chondrus Crispus Extract (Irish Moss Extract), Glycerin, 2,3-Butanediol, 1,2-Hexanediol

-Chondrus Crispus Extract: is an anti-oxidant with an anti microbial property, which helps skin rejuvenate from harmful environment.

– Glycerin: is a humectant, helps with the skin moisture of the skin. It is specifically good for people with dry skin. Humectants pull the moisture from deeper layers of the skin to the outer layer. According to scientists, it also draws the moisture from the air pulling it into your skin.

2,3- Butanediol– is produced by fermentatin, it has boosting and moisturizing effect in the skin.

1,2- Hexanediol- helps pulls the water from the deeper layer of the skin which helps the top layer in drying out.

Recommendation time to use: Two times a day.

I use it early morning and in the evening together with the other skin care products.

How to use this product:

After washing the face and applying toner, place a good amount of Missha Time Revolution Red Algae Treatment essence in your palm then pat it gently on your skin. I like using essences without any cottonpads because i can pat it mildly on my face. I find cotton pads irritating.

What happened after using this product?

I have been using this product for 2 weeks now, it is my newest holy grail of essence. ( No bias) It helped calm the redness on my face from stressful harmful environments. After using this product at night, i could feel that my skin is glowing early in the morning and the moisture stays. I have a sensitive and easily drying out skin, this treatment essence work wonders. From my opinion this is an all season essence. It is currently spring to summer in my location and gives my skin good moisture.

Will i recommend this product? Definitely Yes.
