is a city located in the region of Lombardy, North Italy. The population in the area is around 50,000. It is surrounded by Alpines and Lakes. At our first glance around the area we were surprised in the beauty of the nature. Communication is not difficult because most people can speak English. The locals were all friendly, no doubts. We booked our hotel via http://booking.com in a normal amount of price and got one of the best room with a mountain view in Villa Puccini.
Villa Puccini is the place where we stayed in Lecco. It is a villa located in a hilly area in Via Giacomo Puccini, 8, 23900.

The municipal area covers around 45.93 km2. The altitude of the area comes with different variables. The lowest is 198m above sea level and the highest is 1875 meters of Mount Resegone. Visiting the city around summer time is the perfect season to enjoy all outdoor activities. You can swim in the lake, ride a boat or maybe do hiking with your family. The city has a great impression of architectures, cultures and foods.

Transportation: If you dont have private cars you can rent in http://www.rentalcars.com. They don‘t overprice.
Rails and Buses are as well available.
Navigation ships are present if you wish to visit another area in lake Como and Lecco.
During this Covid times, it was difficult to find a test center in the place. I advise you to do an appointment ahead of time or maybe better when it is 2 days before to book an appointment. But if you are vaccinated, you do not have to worry.
